CONCORD - The missing person case involving Harmony Montgomery is about to turn into a homicide investigation.

The Attorney General and Chief Manchester Police Chief Allen Aldenberg will deliver the news to the press regarding the shift in Concord this afternoon, according to today's Union Leader newspaper, which cited a source close to the investigation.

The timeframe of Harmony's disappearance has been narrowed to Nov. 28-Dec. 10 of 2019, when Adam Montgomery, her father; and Kayla Montgomery, her stepmom; and their two common children were evicted from 77 Gilford St. in Manchester on Nov. 27, according to police.

Multiple individuals have reported seeing Harmony with Adam and Kayla in the following days, however, by around Dec. 6-10, 2019, Adam and Kayla apparently had only their two common children, and Harmony was no longer with them.

This information led police to believe that it was sometime during this window of approximately Nov. 28-Dec. that Harmony Montgomery disappeared.

Witnesses have reported that during that time, Adam, Kayla, and the children were homeless and living out of cars, possibly in the North End of Manchester. One of the cars was a silver 2010 Chrysler Sebring, and the other was a dark blue 2006 Audi S4.

The search for Harmony Montgomery continues, and officials request the public's assistance with locating her. Anyone with information regarding her disappearance or current whereabouts is asked to call the Manchester Police Department's 24-hour Harmony Montgomery tip line at (603) 203-6060.
