N.H. man nabbed for DUI, drug possession after crash

ROCHESTER - A northern New Hampshire man was arrested on DUI and drug possession charges after his car slammed into trees off Rochester Hill Road on Monday night.

Police say Daniel Sullivan, 43 of Pittsfield, was driving a Ford F-250 southbound and just south of Tebbetts Road around 9 p.m. when the truck left the road, traveled through some woods and came to rest in a driveway.

Sullivan was charged with driving under the influence and possession of a controlled drug. He was released on personal recognizance pending an arraignment next month in Strafford County Superior Court.

The vehicle had damage to the front and was towed from the scene. There was no reported injury.

Rochester Police are asking anyone who may have information that could assist with this investigation, to call the Rochester Police Department at 330-7128.
