N.H. man nabbed in Walmart shoplift incident

ROCHESTER - An Ossipee man was arrested on Saturday in a shoplifting incident at Walmart in Rochester.

Brian Tobin, 29, of 28 Stoneview Road, Ossipee, N.H., was charged with willful concealment and bailed on $1,500 personal recognizance pending an arraignment in January at the 7^th Circuit - Rochester District Court.
