CONCORD - A half-dozen youngsters and three Strafford County residents are among the 50 new cases confirmed by state officials on Sunday.

Only new hospitalized case was identified for a current total of 91, still about 25 percent down from its crest earlier this month.

DHHS has also announced one additional death related to COVID-19 in a female resident of Hillsborough County 60 years or older.

Today is one of those rare recent Mondays where nothing is flexing open, with the next round of COVID-19 guidelines set to land next Monday when youth athletics can begin holding small-group training sessions with no physical contact. Also opening up next Monday are personal care businesses like acupuncture clinics, tattoo parlors, massage therapy practices and hair and nail salons.

The governor also last week gave an immediate nod to the opening up of small roadside yard and garage sales as long as the organizer seeks to maintain social distancing and other health guidelines.

Earlier this month Lee Police Chief Thomas Dronsfield said he had prohibited yard sales due to guidance from the Attorney General's Office, according to a story in the Union Leader on May 14.

Dronsfield was not immediately available for comment.

Meanwhile, Maine CDC announced just 19 new cases with no deaths.
