ROCHESTER - Norman J. Richard, 81 years old of Rochester, NH passed away peacefully on Monday, May 25, 2026, at his home. He was a lifelong resident of Rochester, being the last child of his family to be born at their home on September 13, 1944, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul S. and Edna E. (Robichaud) Richard.

Norman enjoyed working at his home and was always willing to help others. He was a kind, loving person and enjoyed his time with family and friends. He had a desire in his younger years for hunting.

Norman grew to enjoy woodworking and things he made he took great pride in. He had a green thumb! His gardens around his home were beautiful all season long.

He was predeceased by his parents, his siblings, Robert Richard, Jean "Jay" Richard, and Claire Dubois.

Norman is survived by his loving partner Beverly Taylor. His siblings, Madeleine Spiers and her husband Frank; Constance "Connie" Richard; Alice Burtt; Anita a Clark and her husband Dale, Anthony and his wife Janice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
