Obit: Jeffrey R. McCabe ... formerly of Lebanon

SPRINGVALE, Maine - Jeffrey R. McCabe, 52, died Monday, October 21, 2013, unexpectedly in Orland, Maine.
Jeffrey was born in Portland, Maine, on June 8, 1961, a son of Milton and Helen (Laurion) McCabe, Jr. and had been living in Springvale, Maine, for the past six years, moving from Lebanon, Maine. He was a Maine Corp veteran and enjoyed hunting, fishing and yard sales. In 2004 he coordinated a home makeover for a family in Lebanon.
Surviving members of the family include: two sons, Michael McCabe of North Berwick, Maine, and Shawn McCarthy of Rye, N.H., two daughters, Krystle McCarthy of Springvale, Maine, and Darcy McCabe of Sanford, Maine, four brothers, James McCabe of Somersworth, N.H., Thomas McCabe of Lebanon, Maine, Timothy McCabe of Orland, Maine, and Terry McCabe of Lebanon. He was predeceased by his father, who died October 11, 2013, by his mother, and a brother, Milton McCabe III.
