LEBANON - Robert E. Furber, 68, of Lebanon, died peacefully at home on March 12, 2014.

Born May 30, 1945, in Farmington, N.H., the son of Otto and Evelyn (Tanner) Furber, he was raised there and had resided in Lebanon for 45 years.

He had been employed as a bus driver with SAD 60, Lebanon, Berwick and No. Berwick, Maine.

Bob loved woodworking, gardening and riding his John Deere tractor.

He is survived by his wife, Annie Furber; two sons, Mike Furber and Rick and wife Clarissa Furber; two stepchildren, James and wife Nora Baussmann, Mistina and husband Brock Hibbard; eight grandchildren: Andrew, Zachary, Christopher and Tyler, Mariah, Makayla and Mone' and Abram; a brother, Donald and wife Linda Furber; also several nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS - Family and friends are welcome to a Memorial Service on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Nute Ridge Bible Chapel, 100 Nutes Road in Milton, N.H., with Pastor Bob Walsh, officiating. Cremation arrangements by Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central St. Farmington, NH.
