Overnight parking ban in effect for snow-removal cleanup

ROCHESTER - A snow-removal parking ban to allow cleanup in the city's two downtown areas is in effect from 11 p.m. tonight till 7 a.m. on Friday.
The following streets will be affected.
Downtown area Rochester
South Main Street from Lambert to North Main
North Main St. From South Main to Maple Street
Wakefield Street from South Main to Union Street
Portland Street from Columbus Ave to Charles Steet
All of Union Street, Bridge Street, Hanson Street, Central Ave, Liberty Street,
Granite Street, Davyanne Locke Lane, and Charles Street from Congress Street to Woodman Street
Downtown area Gonic
Pickering Road from Colby Street to Railroad Ave.
All of Colby Street
Church Street from Pickering Road to rear entrance to Gonic Mill
Railroad Avenue from Pickering Rd to the Gonic School
