ROCHESTER - Philip L. Fowler, 67, died on Thursday, Feb., 27, 2025, after a period of declining health.
Born on Dec. 9, 1957, in Rochester, Philip was the beloved son of the late Mary (Tonkin) Fowler and Verne Fowler.
He started his adult life working for the family dairy farm, milking cows and later began his own excavation company, Fowler Sand and Gravel.
Philip found joy in life's simple pleasures--cherishing time with family and close friends, tending to cows, and playing in the Rochester Men's Hockey League.
Philip is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Cynthia (Wiggin) Fowler, and their three children, Morgan Fowler, of Rochester, Bailey Fowler, of Rochester, and Blake Fowler, and his fiancé Sarah Labore, of Rochester. Philip is also survived by his siblings, Dennis Fowler, of Rochester, Richard Fowler and his wife Carol of Rochester; Virginia Fowler and her wife Sandra, of Rochester; and his grandchild Salem Philip Fowler.
Philip is predeceased by his sister Leann Pickering.
