LEBANON, Maine - Phyllis Grenier, 79, of Lower Guinea Road, died Sunday, February 25, 2018 at her home after long illness. Born March 8, 1938 in Portsmouth, N.H., she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Evelyn (Hayes) Hartford.
Phyllis has lived in Lebanon since 2002 after moving from Rochester. She was employed at General Electric on the third-floor repair shop until her retirement. Phyllis loved the outdoors having enjoyed hunting, fishing, showing and riding horses. She also loved dancing, bowling, playing bingo and going out to dinner with her husband. She was a member of N Bar H which help preserve her love of horses. She and her husband were members of the Salmon Falls Beagle Club.
Members of her family include her husband of 34 years, Rene Grenier of Lebanon; her daughters Lisa Roberts and her husband Brian of Lebanon, and Diana Mocek and her husband Bruce of Rochester; her stepsons Rene JR and his wife Janice of Strafford, N.H., and Michael Grenier and his wife Kim of Wakefield, N.H.; her grandchildren Bret, Kevin, Andrew and Hannah Grenier, Jennifer Wilson and Kyle Hamel; she had three great-grandchildren.
