Police look to bag 'bag lady' who stole stuff

ROCHESTER - A woman recently walked into a Rochester store, grabbed a plastic bag from the self-checkout line then walked around the store putting items in the bag before leaving without paying, police say.

Surveillance images show the woman walking out.
