Police: Man arrested for using false documents to obtain N.H. driver's license

NASHUA - A Nashua man was arrested on Monday at the Nashua DMV after he is alleged to have provided false documents while trying to obtain a New Hampshire driver's license.

Claudio Santana Pimentel, 32, of Nashua, was taken into custody at the DMV without incident.

He was charged with tampering with public records and information along with unsworn falsification, both Class A misdemeanors that can result in 12 months in county jail apiece.

Pimental will be arraigned in the Concord Circuit Court next month.

New Hampshire State Police Troop G was assisted by Immigrations and Customs.
