Benjamin Shannon, 34, of 2 Jackson St., Apt. 3, was charged with robbery and obstructing government administration regarding the robbery, which occurred around 8 a.m. at George and Ed's convenience store.

Surveillance images show the suspect entering the store and pointing what police are saying was a silver handgun at the clerk, who handed over an undetermined amount of money.
