Police on hunt for transient with ties to city, Milton

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police released their most Wanted of the Week today: Anthony Joseph Hood, who has ties to Rochester, Milton and the Seacoast area.

Hood, 22, is wanted by Rochester Police on two counts of willful concealment and a probation revocation in Maine.

He is described as 5-5 to 5-7, about 150 pounds, with blue eyes, blonde hair and heavily tatted, including left hand: cross in web of thumb; chest: four leaf clover outline; left forearm: "BRENTLY"; upper right arm: "LOVE" design; upper right arm: Cross, "COY", "HOOD"; and back: skull with Canadian Crown.
