ROCHESTER - Police say a Somersworth man was caught masturbating in his vehicle on Sunday while parked out in front of the TD Bank at Merchants Plaza.
Police dispatch got a call around 3:30 p.m. for a man sitting in his car and acting strangely, the caller noting he kept looking at the building then looking away quickly.
An officer soon arrived and walked up and found the man masturbating in his car, police say.
Chad Michael Caron, 45, of 45 Crystal Springs Way, was arrested for alleged indecent exposure and lewdness, a Class A misdemeanor that can mean a year in county jail.
Caron was bailed on personal recognizance and given a February arraignment date in Rochester Circuit District Court.
