Police seek public's help in identifying suspect in thefts from motor vehicles

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police are asking for the public's help in solving a string of recent thefts from vehicles in the Chesley Hill Road area on Saturday.

Police took several reports of thefts and attempted thefts from motor vehicles along Chesley Hill Road, Shakespeare Drive and Donald Street between the hours of 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Saturday morning.

The suspect in these cases is a white male with average build. He was last seen wearing a dark colored beanie hat, face mask, a dark Carhart style jacket, blue jeans, dark colored shoes and wearing a dark colored backpack.

He is believed to be utilizing a light colored, possibly white, colored mini-van.

Police are asking anyone who may have information to contact them at 603-330-7128.
