ROCHESTER - Rochester officials are reminding all eligible voters to participate in the municipal election today when polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at polling locations throughout the city.

Polling locations for the November 4 election are as follows:

  • Ward 1 - Salmon Falls School, 753 Salmon Falls Road
  • Ward 2 - Chamberlain Street School, 65 Chamberlain Street
  • Ward 3 - Gonic Elementary School, 10 Railroad Avenue
  • Ward 4 - McClelland Elementary School, 59 Brock Street
  • Ward 5 - James W. Foley Memorial Community Center, 150 Wakefield Street
  • Ward 6 - Elks Lodge #1393, 295 Columbus Avenue

Residents can find information about voter eligibility, required identification, and proof of domicile at www.sos.nh.gov/elections/register-vote. Recent changes under House Bill 1569, which took effect in 2024, outline new requirements for proof of identity and domicile when registering to vote. Residents are encouraged to verify their registration status, review sample ballots, and confirm their polling location.
