Public Hearing on proposed condo project set for Monday

LEBANON - The Town of Lebanon Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on an application for the proposed Eastwood Condominium Subdivision.

The subdivision is a 10-unit project with six units in one building and four units in another. The property is located on Route 202/Carl Broggi Highway in Lebanon, Maine, Book 15058 page 195 & 197, Tax Map R-8 Lot 16B & Lot 16D. The current owner of the property is Far Investing, LLC.

The Public Hearing will take place on Monday at 7 p.m. The hearing will be held at the Town Office located at 15 Upper Guinea Road, Lebanon, in the conference room.

The address of the proposed condominiums is 221 Carl Broggi Hwy.
