Richard 'Dick' Toussaint ... enjoyed antique auctions

SOUTH BERWICK, Maine - Richard "Dick" Toussaint, Sr., died unexpectedly on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at the age of 80.
He was born on August 22, 1940 to Eudore and Cora (St. Armand) Toussaint in Rollinsford, N.H. Dick attended Dover High School and then joined the Army, 82nd Airborne, stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Once out of the service, his professional career consisted of working at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, in the Rigger Shop. Groundskeeper for the Noble School System and his most enjoyable position with the South Berwick Police Department as a Traffic Control Officer.

In his spare time, Dick liked to watch the planes and greet the incoming Veterans at the Pease International Airport and attend antique auctions. But most of all, he enjoyed spending time with this family and friends making them laugh and feel good about life.
Dick was predeceased by his parents, grandson Dylan Leclerc, and by many of his brothers and sisters.
He leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Patricia (Dudley) Toussaint of South Berwick, Maine. His daughter, Candy (Robert) Leclerc; his son, Richard (Amy) Toussaint, Jr; his grandchildren Jordan, Bailey and Jeremy; great-grandson, Hunter; a sister, Agnes Jones; along with many nieces and nephews.
