Rita Rose Gauthier ... lifelong Holy Rosary parishioner

ROCHESTER - Rita Rose (Hamel) Gauthier, 79, died on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at her home in Rochester. She was born in Laconia on April 15, 1939, the daughter of Victor and Violet (Saucier) Hamel.
She was raised in Rochester and graduated from Holy Rosary High School in 1957. She was a lifelong parishioner at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary in Rochester. She also was a member of TOPS, a member of NBarH riding club and a past 4H leader.
Rita is survived by her husband of 55 years, George Gauthier. She leaves behind their eight children, Juanita Montana, Penny Grant, George Gauthier, Kathleen LaBranche, Chris Gauthier, Lynn Gauthier, Kevin Gauthier & Kent Gauthier. She also leaves 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. She also leaves her beloved siblings Theresa Sanfacon, Annette Lanoie, Paul Hamel, Louise Cournoyer, Alice Sidwell and Vic Hamel.
