BARRINGTON - Robert W. Garceau Jr., formerly of Marlborough, Mass., died on October 17, 2021. He was the son of Robert and Celina Garceau. Bob, well known as Gizzy, had a love for motorcycles, hunting, golf, watching baseball, and working in his machine shop. After moving to NH, he grew his machine shop, Bigelow Tool Co., that remained successful for many more years.

He also enjoyed spending his summers with his wife Anne (Honzi) at their cottage on Frye Island, Sebago Lake, Maine, and spent much of his time golfing there while making a lot of friendships. He was also a member of the Our Lady of the HolyRosary Parish and was connected to his faith.

He is predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Anne. He leaves behind his daughter, Christine Marston and her husband, Philip, of Barrington, and his daughter Pamela Boivin of Maine. He also had five grandchildren, Adam, Nick, Paige, Shane, and Garrett. Bob will be greatly missed. As he used to say, we will cross that bridge when we get there... and someday, we shall see him again.
