Rochester bust nets psilocybin shrooms, hash oil, pot

ROCHESTER - A Rochester couple were arrested on Thursday on drug trafficking charges after a brief investigation based on tips from the public.

Christopher McWain, 20, and Gillian Ball, 19, both of 616 Portland St., Apt. #2, were booked and bailed on personal recognizance pending arraignments next month.

McWain faces felony charges of possession with intent to distribute, while Ball was charged with felony conspiracy to commit possession with intent to distribute. She was also charged with misdemeanor drug possession.

Police seized what is believed to be psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana and butane honey oil, a potent type of hash that doesn't have the strong smell associated with marijuana.
