Rochester Grange to celebrate 150 years on May 30

ROCHESTER - Rochester Grange #86 is celebrating its 150th anniversary with a community Flag Raising and Open House on May 30 from 2-4:30 p.m. The community is invited to join the celebration.

The Rochester Grange is located at 21 Charles Street.

The Grange is a fraternal organization that strengthens rural and farming communities. It also operates as a grassroots network focused on agricultural awareness, community service, legislative advocacy, and social connection.

Granges often host classes and workshops on topics ranging from crop cultivation and livestock care to baking, sewing, and quilting.
