Rochester man arrested in sexual assault of Dover teenager

DOVER - A Rochester man has been arrested in the felonious sexual assault of a Dover teenager.

Andy Williams, 43, of 36 Farmington Road, is alleged to have sexually assaulted the 19-year-old female acquaintance while visiting her home on May 17.

As a result of the sexual assault investigation, Dover Police detectives obtained a warrant charging Williams; he was arrested around 9:50 a.m. today.

Williams' bail was set at $50,000 cash. He is currently being held at the Strafford County House of Corrections.

Williams will be arraigned on Monday in Strafford County Superior Court.
