Rochester man arrested on DWI, conduct charges after early morning traffic stop

ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was arrested for aggravated DWI and conduct after an accident Sunday morning after Rochester Police found him driving on Rochester Hill Road with no headlights around 1 a.m.

Police say they found damage to his vehicle and to public property after a subsequent search of the area from where the vehicle had driven.

Christopher Ackerson, 22, of 3 Dora Drive, Apt. #A, was charged with conduct after an accident and aggravated DWI for having a BAC of more than .16.
