Rochester man nabbed in shoplifting twice in 2 days

ROCHESTER - A Rochester man who was arrested on Sunday in a shoplifting incident was arrested again for a similar offense on Monday.

Dominic Beraldi, 20 of 2 Abbott St. in East Rochester, was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of willful concealment that occurred at Walgreen’s in Rochester on Saturday. Beraldi was also charged with a misdemeanor level offense of contempt as the alleged offense took place while he was already out on bail from the previous charge after his arrest on Sunday. The earlier shoplifting incident occurred at Kmart.

No bail was set and Beraldi is scheduled to be arraigned today in the 7^th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
