ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was arrested on Friday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.

Theodore Veilleux, 26 of 119 North Main St., Apt. 5, was taken into custody around 9:30 p.m. and charged with misdemeanor willful concealment.

Veilleux was bailed and released on $1,000 personal recognizance pending his arraignment next month in the 7^th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
