Rochester motorcyclist injured in collision with car

ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was injured on Thursday afternoon when his motorcycle collided with a car at the corner of Oak Street and Hansonville Road.

The crash occurred around 5:30 p.m. when police say Linda Creamer, 70, of Rochester was traveling north on Oak Street when she took a left towards Hansonville Road and collided with a Harley Davidson being driven by Richard Aube Jr., 59, of Rochester. Aube was headed south on Oak Street.

Aube, who wearing a helmet, was taken to Frisbie Memorial Hospital with what were described as minor injuries. Creamer was checked out and released at the scene.

The Harley Davidson sustained heavy damage and was towed from the scene, while Creamer's car remained operable.

The Rochester Police are asking anyone who may have information that could assist with this investigation to call the Rochester Police Department at 330-7128.
