DOVER - A pair of Rochester residents have been indicted in a violent robbery that occurred in Rochester last October.
Stephen R. Reagan Jr., 29, of 105 Whitehouse Road, and Randy L. Hildreth, 31, of 92 Chestnut Hill Road, are both accused of being accomplices in an Oct. 4 robbery in which court documents allege Reagan "did knowingly use physical force against (the victim) when (Reagan) held (the victim's) arm back and Hildreth scratched (the victim's) neck.
During the course of the incident Reagan and Hildreth gained control of an undisclosed amount of the victim's cash, according to court documents.
The Class B felony can draw up to a seven-year-prison stint.
The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down on Jan. 18 and released to the public on Friday.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been presented to a grand jury to move forward to trial.
