DOVER - A Rochester couple indicted on heroin trafficking charges are facing serious prison time if convicted.

John W. Sullivan, 34, and Nichole Sullivan, 37, both of 118 Milton Road, #28, are charged with felony trafficking of heroin stemming from incidents and arrests in April and May.

Specifically, the indictments allege John Sullivan tried to sell more than one gram of heroin in concert with Nichole Sullivan on April 28 and then by himself on May 12 and May 18.

The indictments also indicate that John Sullivan was convicted of a similar offense in Rockingham Superior Court in June 2010.

John Sullivan faces up to 40 years in state prison, while Nichole Sullivan could end up doing 20 years if convicted.

Milton Police Records show that John Sullivan listed a Charles Street address when he was arrested on a warrant back on June 15. Nichole Sullivan, who was arrested by Milton Police on June 22, listed a Colby Street, Rochester, home address.

The most recent Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down late last month.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been presented to warrant a trial.
