ROCHESTER - A convicted sex offender living in Rochester was arrested earlier this month for failing to comply with their duty to register with Rochester Police on a regular basis.
Michael Daley, 39, was supposed to have filed by Jan. 22, but failed to do so as required.
A warrant was soon issued for Sex Offender Registration: Knowing Failure to comply, a Class B felony that can draw up to seven-year prison stint.
Daley was arrested on March 4, with an initial court arraignment set for April 14 in the 7th Circuit - District Division- Rochester.
