ROCHESTER - After two months of investigating more than 30 cases of graffiti vandalism throughout the city this summer, Rochester Police on Monday announced the arrest of a Rochester teenager.
Ethan Saint-Val, 19, was arrested when he turned himself into police, Saint-Val is charged with class B Felony Criminal Mischief for causing several thousands of dollars in damage/repair resulting from the graffiti.
Saint-Val was released on PR bail and issued a court date for Nov. 17 at Strafford Superior Court.
During the investigation Police also identified some juveniles that were involved with causing the graffiti as well and those cases will be handled within the juvenile justice system.
