Rochester woman among four arrested in Dover drug probe

DOVER - Complaints from a Dover neighborhood over drug trafficking issues prompted police to initiate an investigation that led to four arrests on Saturday, including Rochester woman.

Those arrested include Brianna Shaw, 24, of 179 Franklin St., Rochester, for felony possession of suboxone, Jamie Lanciano, 34, of 23 ½ New York Street, Dover, for felony possession of methamphetamine, Christopher Morin, 35, 6 Elliot Park, Dover, for an outstanding warrant issued from the Strafford County Superior Court and Paul Hayes, 61, of 6 Elliot Park, Dover, for felony possession of methamphetamine and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

During the probe, Dover Police executed two search warrants, impounded a vehicle, seized $1,800 in cash, $240 in counterfeit money, recovered methamphetamine, fentanyl, drug paraphernalia, and a stolen pistol.

Lanciano, Shaw, and Hayes were released on personal recognizance and are scheduled to appear in the Strafford County Superior Court on a date to be determined by the court. Morin was held without bail and released to the custody of the Strafford County Jail.

This incident remains under investigation, and police say it is possible more individuals will be charged or those arrested may face additional charges.
