ROCHESTER - Roger B. Letendre, 75, died on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at the Gafney Home in Rochester.
He was born in Rochester on October 8, 1942, the son of Ernest and Christine (Beckwith) Letendre. He was raised in Rochester where he graduated from Holy Rosary High School in 1961.
He was honorably discharged from the Army in 1969. He was employed at GE in Somersworth and retired after 35 years in May 2001.
Roger was a life member of the Elks Club #1393 of Rochester. He was also a 3rd Degree member of the Knights of Columbus and also a past president of the Club Richelieu. Roger was also active in several ministries with Holy Rosary Parish.
Roger is survived by his wife of 25 years, Susan (Dube) Letendre, a sister, Elaine Britton and her husband, Paul of Bradenton, Fla., a sister-in-law Son-Che of Henderson, Nev., two brothers-in-law, Donald Dube of Lynn, Mass. and Gary and his wife, Saranya Dube of San Angelo, Texas. He also leaves several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Roger was predeceased by his brother, Richard Letendre.
