Book Recommendation

Main Desk Librarian, Amy, says: "I am so excited to get ahold of the latest and final installment of the Miss Peregrine's series, (The Desolations of Devil's Acre). If you like the fantasy/mystery/thriller genre, you will want to start this series. The first is called Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and you can find all of the books in the YA room. Miss Peregrine is in charge of a number of "peculiars" that have different abilities. The main character, Jacob, follows clues found from his grandfather's "strange" pictures and meets the Peculiars ending up having some terrifying adventures. Please don't confuse the books with the movie. The books are so much better. They are fast paced and always leave you wanting more!"
