Seabrook, State Police saturation patrol nets pair of aggravated DWIs

SEABROOK - Troopers from New Hampshire State Police Troop A in conjunction with officers from the Seabrook Police Department participated in a "DWI Saturation Patrol" throughout southern Rockingham County on Friday, resulting in 108 motor vehicle stops, issuance of 97 warnings, 11 citations and four arrests.

Those arrested were:

Jolie Szczeback, 37, of Ludlow, Mass., for Aggravated DWI (Passenger Under 16); second DWI offenses

Jonathan Dobson, 36, of Manchester Aggravated DWI (.16 BrAC or greater)

Lubens Figaro, 29, Everett, Mass., Reckless Operation (115MPH on I-95)

In addition, a 17-year-old juvenile was arrested for a drug offense

Szczebak and Dobson were processed and released on personal recognizance bail pending an appearance in the 10th Circuit Court - District Division - Hampton on Aug. 12. Figaro was processed and released on a summons to appear in the 10th Circuit Court - District Division - Hampton on Sept. 23. The juvenile party was released pending further proceedings.
