Rochester Main Street announced today that several planned events have been canceled due to the CDS's recommendations against having events where more than 50 would attend.

Main Street Director Angela Mills urged consumers to continue to support small downtown business owners by buying gift cards to use later, ordering takeout at downtown restaurants or making a purchase from one of the stores online.

"Please support our small downtown businesses as best you can," Mills said.

The canceled events include:

Main Street's Annual Meeting (March 18th)

Design Committee (March 18th)

Rochester Cares Clean Up Day (April 18th)

Superhero Breakfast (April 25th)
