Some questions to ponder over the long 4th of July weekend.

If we need two people at the Lebanon Transfer Station for safety sake, then why don't we need two cops in every cop car, or two engineers on every train or two bus drivers with dual steering wheels on every bus?

Is there anybody whose eyes don't glaze over when they read the words "fiscal year" in a news story?

If exposing waste, fraud, nepotism and corruption in government is drama, then what is not exposing it? Comedy?
