ROCHESTER - Two Somersworth teenagers were injured Tuesday when the car they were riding in careened off Blackwater Road, struck a boulder and flipped onto its roof.

Rochester Police got the call around 12:15 p.m. and arrived to find that a 2004 Hyundai driven by Cordell Olliviera, 19, was heading north when he lost control and left the roadway striking the large boulder and rolling over into a yard of 399 Blackwater Road.

Both Olliviera and a passenger, Alyssa Gonzala, 19, were transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital with what were described as nonlife-threatening injuries.

The Hyundai sustained substantial damage.

Olliviera was issued a summons for speed.
