Stephen Clough, 52, formerly of Rochester, died in a vehicular accident in Arizona where he had been living since November of last year to be near to his daughter Phoebe. Steve was born in Springfield, Pa., on Jan. 19, 1971, and was the son of Richard and the late Sharon Witter Clough. Stephen moved back to New Hampshire with his brothers Michael and Christopher in 1980 when his dad relocated to Somersworth GE. All of the boys were athletic and especially took to playing ice hockey and baseball.

Stephen graduated from Somersworth High School in 1989 and continued his education at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., graduating in 1993. He worked in the field of live concert productions for several years. While in Florida he married Heather Dobbie and they had two children, Brandon and Nicholas. The family moved back to New England in 1998 to work for his uncle in the property management business on Cape Cod. After several years they decided to move back to Florida in 2005 and later on they moved back to the Somersworth/Rochester area in 2009. Steve recently obtained his Class A truck driving license which led to construction work and some delivery jobs which is what he was doing in Arizona.

Steve loved his family, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his family and his many friends like PJ, Shawn, and Jon.
