ROCHESTER - Susan Carter, 59, loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, niece and friend, died on Monday, December 24, 2018. Susan was born on September 30, 1959 in Melrose, Mass., to Stephen Parker and Bernice (Dowe) England.
She is survived by her father and mother; beloved children, Christopher and April; her cherished granddaughter Lyla; her brother, Matthew; her sister Sarah; her niece, Tabitha; her friend Charles; and feline companion, Max.
Susan loved the water, to laugh, music and film, to listen and help people and loved all animals. She was so proud of her children and grandchild and their accomplishments.
Susan will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
