CONCORD - An arrest warrant has been signed charging a Vermont man with two counts of second-degree murder in the deaths of a Concord couple in April.

Logan Levar Clegg, 26, most recently of South Burlington, is accused of fatally shooting Stephen and Djeswende Reid on a walking trail near their Concord apartment on April 18.

After the warrant was issued, it was provided to Vermont authorities and used to arrest Clegg as a fugitive from justice on the New Hampshire murder charges. He is being held at the Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans, Vt., where he has been housed on an unrelated charge since Oct. 12.

Clegg's arraignment on the fugitive from justice charge in Vermont is expected to take place today at the Franklin County Superior Court in St. Albans.

After his arraignment, New Hampshire authorities will be seeking his extradition to New Hampshire.
