'Sweet Art,' where winning may be the icing on the cake

ROCHESTER - The Friends of the Rochester Public Library are planning the second annual Dessert Competition "Sweet Art" at the Rochester Public Library, on Saturday from 1-3:30 p.m.
The dessert competition is limited to local amateur bakers only. The public is encouraged to attend. The cost is $5 to purchase a ticket to be a judge or competitor. Tickets are limited and can be purchased at the library during regular business hours. The winner will be declared "Best Dessert Chef in Rochester."
This is the second time the Friends of the Rochester Public Library will host this event which directly supports their efforts in the library and around the City of Rochester. The inaugural event sold out completely.
The Rochester Public Library is located at 65 South Main Street in downtown Rochester, NH.
