Town offices closed to public; residents urged to go online for services

LEBANON, Maine - The Town of Lebanon today closed its town offices to the public effective immediately due to COVID-19.

Town operations, however, will continue including online services that can assist with licensing, permitting, vital records and online payments, town officials said in an official bulletin to residents.

Many of these services can be found by using the town website www.lebanon-me.org

Anyone who needs assistance can speak to town personnel at 207.457-6082 during regular business hours.

Meanwhile, all committee and board meetings will be closed to the public, but will continue to be streamed live; residents can go to the town website and click on YouTube button at the Home page.

Those interested in providing comment during public meetings and the public comment portions of the meetings are encouraged to email, mail or drop written comments in the drop box at the Town office in lieu of attending. If you would like to address the board during the meeting, please provide your phone number so that we can contact you directly.
