GRANTHAM - The driver of a tractor trailer escaped serious injury on Thursday when his rig struck a guardrail and rolled over onto the median.
The crash occurred around 4:40 p.m. on Interstate 89 North in the town of Grantham.
The tractor-trailer was the only vehicle involved in the crash.
The operator was transported to a hospital with what were described as minor injuries.
The left and right lanes of Interstate 89 north were shut down for several hours as crews unloaded the cargo and removed the truck and trailer.
