ROCHESTER - Two Rochester men were arrested on Thursday after police investigated a call for an alleged burglary at So'Field Apartments on Rochester Hill Road.

At least two officers responded to the call around 8:25 p.m., which, according to Thursday's police log, involved one subject who told at least one individual he was an officer but never produced a badge.

Multiple reporting parties made calls into dispatch, with one saying that some subjects may have been "squatting" in an apartment that had recently been vacated.

There were also dispatch reports that at least one person involved in the incident was armed.

After an investigation on scene Charles Trombley, 45, of Rochester Hill Road; and Cody J Haycock, 24, no address given, were both arrested.

Trombley was charged with false personation, simple assault; deadly weapon and BI, burglary (nighttime weapon) and criminal threatening with a deadly weapon.

Haycock was taken into custody on a capias out of Strafford County Superior Court.

Trombley was arraigned and released on no bail with Community Corrections, while Haycock remains held at Strafford County Jail.

No further details of the incident were immediately available.
