Two indicted in stabbing death in Derry last May

DERRY - A Rockingham County grand jury has returned indictments in the fatal stabbing outside a Derry business last May.

Jeffrey Li, 19, has been charged with alternative counts of knowing and reckless second-degree murder and Marco Marquez Vera, 20, has been charged with reckless second-degree murder in the May 19 killing of Gui Lin,41.

Additionally, both Li and Vera, as well as Ayaan Arshad Nisaar, 18, have all been charged with armed robbery, attempted armed burglary, and conspiracy to commit armed burglary, in connection with the incident.
