ROCHESTER - Two teenagers were injured when the vehicle they were riding in flipped over on Governors Road after running off the shoulder and into a ditch.

The boys in the car were ages 15 and 16, but police have been unable to determine through interviews who was driving the vehicle at the time of the crash, which happened around midnight Friday.

The pair were transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital with what are described as minor injuries.

Police have not determined whether speed or road conditions or a combination of both were determining factors in the crash, which occurred in the area of 112 Governors Road.

In New Hampshire, a licensed 16-year-old can be on the road between 4 a.m. and 1 a.m. and can have one juvenile in the vehicle with them.

They are asking anyone who may have information that could assist with this investigation to call Officer Mackenzie at the Rochester Police Department at 330-7128.
