Two young girls die in rollover crash on Interstate 93

LITTLETON - Two young girls suffered fatal injuries on Sunday when the vehicle they were passengers in crashed on Interstate 93 in Littleton.

State Police say Jordan Couture, 36, of Milton, Vt., was traveling northbound near Exit 44 when he lost control of his 2004 Chevrolet pickup, which left the roadway, entered the median and began rolling over, ejecting the two girls. The were pronounced dead at the scene.

Couture was transported to Littleton Regional Hospital with minor injuries.

Due to the seriousness of the crash, the New Hampshire State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit, responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
