Victim of UHaul crash identified as 28-year-old Rochester man

ROCHESTER - The motorist killed when a U-Haul truck crashed into a tree off Chestnut Hill Road on Saturday has been identified as a 28-year-old Rochester man.

Tyler Webber, who was in the rear cargo area and not restrained at the time of the crash, died at the scene.

The driver, Albert Crement, 62, and another passenger, Mary Bristow, 50, both of Rochester, were also injured.

Bristow was taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital for serious injuries, police said, while Crement was taken to Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester for treatment.

The crash occurred on Chestnut Hill Road in the area of Roger Allen Park around 12:50 p.m.

When police arrived they found the U-Haul truck with substantial damage in the northbound lane.

"Tyler was always full of respect and always saw the positive in all those around him and never passed judgment," the page says of Webber.

The Strafford County Accident Reconstruction Team is investigating the accident.
